NOBLE CREW

Jessenia Ivette

Shop Owner & Hair Stylist

“There's nothing in this world that drives me and fuels me more than helping people feel like the very best versions of themselves. “ -Jessenia

Jessenia is East Coast born and North West living. Growing up, she bounced around a lot but keeping her grounded was art, photography,  and her love for music.  Constantly painting and capturing moments, she discovered that the beauty in the world comes from the people around us who we share moments and experiences with. The people who love and support us. The strangers who open up to us. And the people who put their trust in us.   Jessenia knew at a young age that hair was her calling. It all started with a crappy pair of hair shears and the neighborhood kids experimenting what edgy cuts they could come up with. By the time she was 18, her heart was set and her journey started.  She attended Gene Juarez Academy where she trained for 1600hrs. She was awarded Stylist of the month 2x and stayed top of her class throughout her schooling. Once graduation came around, she was still hungry for more. So she decided to take a huge step and audition for the Gene Juarez Advanced Training Salon to specialize in  Color and Technical theory. She was in! The next 6-8 months were hectic. Having to audition to get in, audition to stay in, and audition to graduate...it was wildly intense. We like to call the ATS...hair army! It was tough and packed of information and growing.. but she killed it. After she auditioned out she started behind the chair full time with Gene Juarez.   After about 6 months behind the chair, her hunger for knowledge was back with vengeance! She decided to take continued education in barbering and technical cutting. But the need to know more didn't stop there. She also went back to school to become an instructor so she could share her love, passion,  and knowledge with others.   Work history was quite the road map that pointed in all directions. Finding her dream salon was not easy. She worked in a handful of both amazing and.. not so amazing salons, but nothing ever felt like home.   Then the opportunity came to open her own shop in downtown Tacoma. After owning for 3 years, she was ready to rebrand… so!… fast forward to today!! NOBLE STUDIO WAS BORN!! With her loyal team by her side, a new chapter began.

Jessenia is still fiercely passionate about her life behind the chair! Creating magnificent colors and executing sharp cuts. Now specializing in massive color projects and making hair magic! Her goal is to staff a full salon & tattoo shop and take on a few apprentices to help them grow into the stylist they dream of being.

Colby

Colby originally started his apprenticeship in 2012 after highschool, after already having a passion for art his whole life drawing on walls and anything else he could for years. Unfortunately through a series of events Colby left tattooing and went into the trades and was an electrician and working in multiple areas of construction. Thankfully the pandemic actually gave Colby lots of time to figure out what the point was. What’s the next step? With the world full of volatility and uncertainty what’s next. After his wife and sister pointed him more towards getting back into the arts, he took this as a challenge directly to re-enter tattooing and after a few months of self practice he began tattooing friends, family and friends of friends. He got his own private studio and after a year realized he was missing community and other likeminded individuals around him. Making the move to Noble Studio and being around likeminded people as a team of great artists with a common goal. He doesn’t book months out, and loves the last minute things. Preferably tattoos his own flash but always open to custom tattoos in his own style.

Stacey

Hi! I’m Stacey. I’m an east coast girl born and raised but recently transplanted in Tacoma, Washington and graduate of Summit Salon Academy in 2022. My journey with hair started in my high school days when my friends and I would cut, color and even lighten our own hair unaware of the consequences. Over time, I became much more intrigued by the science and the “why?” Of hair. Almost 10 year later, I became a professional but my passion and thirst for knowledge in trichology has & always will be there. I strive to help my clients understand their hair’s wants and needs to make your hair dreams come true. I unfortunately can’t give you a worry/stress free life but I can make it more tolerable with some self care in my chair. I currently do not specialize in anything. I am always accepting new clients and challenges to take on. I am specifically passionate about blondes and vivid colors. Book with me today!

Paige

Paige holds a Master’s in Environmental Studies and a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies, focusing on landscape ecology and community outreach. She’s been a working artist since 2017, balancing her art practice + business with her work in ecology. This dual path made her transition into tattooing in 2023 feel seamless (pun intended)—both fields share a commitment to precision, timeless design, and a connection to nature.

Her tattoo design choices are driven by both heart and mind, often exploring the intersection of critical political ecology, queer identity and feminism, and the role of women's artwork in culture. Paige aims to create art that reflects both the outer world and inner landscapes, woven together.

Outside of tattooing, Paige is constantly exploring other creative outlets—drawing, quilting, hand-dyeing, home DIY (she’s obsessed with painting), and always pushing her craft forward. She also works part-time at Nisqually Reach Nature Center, where she handles facilities maintenance, aquarium care, and art direction for the nonprofit.
